Where's the support?

If Chamilo is so big and used all over the word, where is the support? Obviously not in these forums, just look at the few responses that any of the posts get, it's terrible. Is this their plan? Do they do this on purpose? Thinking that the small sites run by one guy don't need support? Do they think we have money to pay for support? Well, if so, they're wrong. Obviously user to user support doesn't work, again, look at the few replies to the many posts. Chamilo needs to provide support for their product.

If you pay you can get support from anyone.
If you ask friendly you might get an answer for free from the community.
If that doesn't work and you have money switch to https://www.canvaslms.com/

Support is closer to you....
But sometimes, people like to get a "Thank you".
For instance, if I follow your topic about Timeout...
You got 2 answers, and you didn't had the time that may have run out
To say a single "Thank you" to people that kindly helped you.
Complaint, complaint, always complaint... And what about a friendly Thank you ?
Avez-vous pensé à devenir membre de l'association ?
Avez-vous songé à vous certifier (Coursebuilder et/ou Administrateur) ?
